Dear Team,
After a thorough review, we have identified several issues, including multiple entries with identical handwriting but different names, as well as signatures with the same stroke pattern. Additionally, we have discovered that some products are being sold at prices lower than the company's suggested retail price. Due to this, we cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of these products.
In line with these findings, Elite Package Distributorship will continue to implement the following rules:
1. All applications must be signed inside the office.
2. Applicants must present proper identification and be of legal age (above 18 years old)
3. All encashments must be processed and received in person by the applicant inside the office.
4. Any product sold outside the company's pricing may be of questionable quality and will be subject to confiscation.
Any distributor found violating these rules will be subject to immediate termination.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and fairness of our system.
