Shopluck is operated by UEEI Consorcia, Inc., a corporation registered in the Philippines with its principal office at Unit 303, Greenhills Mansion, Annapolis, San Juan City, Philippines.
By accessing or using the Shopluck application ("App"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
1. Membership and Account Registration
1.1. To access Shopluck, users must sign up and create an account.
1.2. There are two types of membership:
1.2.1. Distributor Members
1.2.1.1. Eligible to earn rewards, access special discounts, and participate in referral and loyalty programs.
1.2.1.2. Non-Distributor Members – Can shop and book events but do not qualify for rewards or discounts.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Shopluck is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
2. Shopping and Booking
2.1. Shopluck allows members to purchase health supplements through its application.
2.2. Members can also book events such as seminars, training sessions and special events organized by Enzacta Philippines.
2.3. All purchases and bookings are final and subject to the respective cancellation or refund policies, if applicable.
3. Member Benefits
3.1. Only Distributor Members are entitled to:
3.1.1. Receive special discounts on select products.
3.1.2. Utilize special booking events provided by Enzacta Philippines.
3.2. Rewards, discounts, and loyalty event participation are subject to Shopluck’s policies, which may change at any time without prior notice.
4. Membership Termination & Policy Changes
4.1. UEEI Consorcia, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, delete, or terminate any membership or application at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.
4.2. Shopluck also reserves the right to cancel a member’s rewards, privileges, and benefits without notice or explanation.
4.3. Shopluck may modify its membership policies, benefits, or terms at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Shopluck.
5.2. Fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation of Distributor status, abuse of rewards, or unauthorized use of accounts, may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Shopluck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or error.
6.2. UEEI Consorcia, Inc. is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the App, including issues related to purchases, event bookings, rewards, or membership benefits.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the use of Shopluck shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to arbitration in the Philippines.
